Your Diet Matters...

Sitting on the couch 🛋️ and munching nuts won't actually work even if you come from the gym jogging 👟 and gasping along with an empty bottle. Well, your eating routine and habits really matter a lot in the pie chart 📈 of your health. Hola guys!🙌🏻 This is Ruhani and welcome to the blog. So today we are going to discuss🗣️ about our diet, requirements to stay healthy🏋🏻‍♀️, what should 👩🏻‍⚕️and when should👩🏻‍🍳 we eat, and for bonus- a few recipes🥪 to burn the heat and fulfill your every day calorie🍱 diet.

What Actually do we mean by saying we are 'Healthy'?

Who is a healthy person? 

The one who is fulfilled with all the nutrients🥬 in their body is generally considered healthy, but along with staying in bounds of our age and height- wise🌡️ weight chart units is the definition of a healthy person. 

How to know if we are healthy?
Get regular health checks.I know it's tough to step out in covid🦠 but we can definitely take the initiative to take balanced diet🥗 to stay healthy and develop a mind to eat everything without tantrums🙍🏻‍♀️, cuz that is the only way to have trust over yourself knowing that you've all the nutrients in you until covid is over.

Take A Satisfactory Balanced Diet

Guys a satisfactory balanced diet means eating each and every thing in perfect limits🎰 to also develop a comfort🧙🏻‍♀️ in our mind about our eating habits. Each and every one of us reading these words know about Balanced Diet🥬 and why is it important, isn't it?

Satisfactory diet also means eating particulars that delight us and not obese or raise hunger instead.

Taking a diet like this is

• good for health 

•provides nutrition in adequate amount 

•energizes us 

Have A Bit Of Junk🍔

As obvious as that we can not study for 24 hours straight and need some time stops too, the same way we can't live on biting only green stuff as we are not ruminants, our taste also needs changes. So once in a week, have a cheat eat. It will help, trust me.

A Scholar Achieving Eating Schedule 

8.00 to 9.00-- Breakfast

Take a heavy nutritious meal at this time of the day because this meal is taken in to provide you energy for the whole day. 

10.00 to 11.00-- Fruit Time 

Have a bowl of fruits in sake of goodness. This is another step to complete your balanced diet. Atleast, eat a banana🍌.

13.00 to 15.00-- Lunch 

Have a soldier-like lunch. It means the much you have got, eat only that much. Pour two servings of rice and it's done. Never over-eat.

16.30 to 18.00-- Snacks Await

At this time of the day, the gap between lunch and dinner is quite long to suffer, isn't it? Well, in summers I have given a few recipes below to try out. You can have eve time fruits, a toast, a tea cake,etc.

19.00 to 20.00-- Dinner

Try to have your dinner early, so that you can have a small walk to digest your meal. Not to forget and always to remember, eat like a beggar. Not because to save money but to save your health, think, you go on a 8 hour inactivity after having dinner, that's why!


RECIPES to Chill down Heat!

Corn Salad


Ingredients~

A bowl of boiled corns
Taste-relevant salt
1/4th of teaspoon Black pepper
1/4th of teaspoon Red chilli powder
1/2th of teaspoon Coriander powder
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Chopped cucumber
Chopped onion

Preparing
Take boiled corns and add chopped cucumber and onion to the bowl. Add the listed spices. Mix well. Pour the lemon juice and mix again. Let it rest in the fridge for 5 mins. Eat Heavenly!

Cold Sandwich



Ingredients~

Mayonise- Thousand Islands
Sandwich Bread
Finely chopped cucumber
Finely chopped onion
Coriander Leaves- Chopped
Boiled corns

Preparing~
Filling-
Mix Boiled corns, coriander leaves, onion and cucumber in a bowl. Keep the mix in refrigerator for a while until it chills up.
Now take a pair of sandwich bread and cut its sides, if you want. Apply mayo on both the sides of the bread and pull out your mix from refrigeration. Put on the mix on one side of bread and close it with another. Bite Heavenly!

Lemon Mojito




Ingredients-
Lemon
Sugar 
Soda
Mint leaves- 9 to 10
Water
Salt
Black Pepper

Preparing-
Take a small bowl, add 1 1/2 tablesoon of sugar and 1/4 glass of water to it, stir and set until it dissolves completely. Now add the solution to a glass or jar. Cut the lemon into quarterly pieces and add to the glass/jar, also add 5 to 6 mint leaves and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Crush it with a low densed pestle. Now add soda to it. Add ice cubes according to your desire. Drink Heavenly!
