Relax!
Being 24 hours packed up with tasks is absolutely frustrating. All the way from school homework to face the rude boss is really unpleasing. We all really know that much and as a matter of fact, can't help it. This frustration is the ultimate cause of stress, depression and anxiety! Uff...
Respected Sir/Madam, the thing is, my body required to loosen up for a while and my brain was too fed up with all what it was, so I took a small break. Thanks

Always remember, it is your body, and it's your brain, it's your heart, and you know yourself better than any other person. No one else, none in this world, knows about what you're going through; So, stop thinking about what they think and what they don't. LOVE YOURSELF, RESPECT YOURSELF, BE THANKFUL OF YOURSELF. Do whatever the hell you want to do, like, absolutely whatever you wanna do! Life is nearly of 4 days, and you're gonna regret it if you don't follow your heart.
Let go of what the past was like and appreciate the upcoming future. The future certainly has some good news and some desired success. OPT FOR OPTIMISM.
